Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that he has served respondent Nos.1 to 15 privately, however, respondent Nos.16 to 18 are yet to be served. The learned Counsel to file an affidavit of service.

The Civil Application is moved for condonation of delay of 75 days in filing the appeal. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the daughter of applicant No.4 was under medical treatment and 1 / 2

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered and listed for admission on 9.3.2018 alongwith the civil application for stay. The appellants to serve the unserved respondents and file an affidavit of service on or before the returnable date.
