We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is seen that on 29th July 2022, the Respondent No.1-College has intimated the Board of Directors of the Respondent No.2-University that the Petitioner has secured 68 marks in the subject Practical Training Paper-III. 2.

The learned counsel for the Respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that within a period of three weeks from today, the corrected mark-sheet would be issued to the Petitioner. 3.

In view of aforesaid, the cause for filing the writ petition stands worked out. The petition is disposed of by recording the
