Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time of one week from today to deposit Rs. 15,000/- in the Registry of this Court as directed vide order dated 8th January, 2018. Time extended. It is made clear that if the said amount of Rs. 15,000/- is not deposited within one week from today, the petition shall stand dismissed for want of compliance of the said order, without further reference to the Court.
