Advocate for the Respondent submits that the Respondent has died in the month of April 2021. He further submits that the Advocate for the Appellant were duly informed by letter dated 29th March 2022. Along with the said letter a copy of the death certificate was also furnished to the Advocate for the Appellant. Therefore, according to him Second Appeal has been abated. 2.

Second Appeal stands abated as no steps has been taken by the Appellant.
