Learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that, for want of instructions from Petitioner, he is unable to proceed with the hearing of the Petition.

Record indicates that, though the present Petition has been filed on 08.12.2015, till 22.07.2022, no steps even to circulate the Petition before appropriate Bench was taken by the Petitioner. On 22.07.2022, learned counsel for the Petitioner had sought time. It therefore appears that, the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing of present Petition.
