Petitioners are present with their advocate. Respondent no.1 complainant is present with her advocate. Parties are jointly requesting for quashing of Criminal Case No.929/PW/2018 arising out of FIR dated 16/11/2017. It is essentially under section 498A. However, the other sections like 323, 406, 504, 377 have been added. In Petition No. A/1889/18 in the Family Court No. 1 at Bandra, consent terms have been arrived at between the parties and parties are getting divorced under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act.

In view of the joint request, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (A).
