Heard the counsel as well as considered the application. For the reasons mentioned therein, the order of 13 th July 2022 dismissing the petition is recalled. Consequently, Writ Petition no.12095 of 2018 along with Interim Application no.10406 of 2022 is restored to file. 4.

Petitioner is put to notice that if the petitioner does not appear any time in future, the petition will get dismissed with no chance of any restoration.
