By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to withdraw / delete the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner.

On 12th April 2023, learned APP had submitted before this Court that the supplementary charge-sheet will be filed in the said case within a period of three weeks. Today, learned APP informs that the charge-sheet has been filed. Learned APP, on instructions of the officer of the Economic Offences Wing, Mumbai submits that the necessary steps will be taken to by SACHIN RAMCHANDRA PATIL Date:

withdraw the subject Look Out Circular within one week from today. 3.

The petitioner is personally present in the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered an affidavit-cum-undertaking of the petitioner dated 4th May 2023. The same is taken on record. By the said affidavit-cum-undertaking, the petitioner has undertaken to appear before the trial Court on all dates of hearing in connection with CR No.53 of 2018. He has also undertaken that he shall inform the investigating officer as well as the trial Court about the change in his address and contact numbers. Undertakings are accepted.

In view of the statement made by learned APP that necessary steps will be taken to withdraw the Look Out Circular against the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition. The petition stands disposed of.
