Perused the above Civil Application. The above Writ Petition was dismissed by this Court for default on 7 th November, 2017 when none appeared for the Petitioner as well as the Respondent. By the above Civil Application, the Applicant/Petitioner seeks setting aside of the said order dated 7 th November, 2017 and further seeks restoration of Writ Petition No.3903 of 2016. For the reasons set out in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the Civil Application, the order dated 7 th November, 2017 dismissing the above Writ Petition is set aside and the above Writ Petition is restored to file. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed off. 2.

The Advocate for the Petitioner shall forthwith serve a copy of this order on the Respondent as well as their Advocate by Speed Post/Registered Post A.D. and/or by hand-delivery and file an Affidavit proving service on the adjourned date.
