Having perused the order dated 08th October 2014 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.3211 of 2014 we are of the considered view that this petition can be disposed of by directing the learned Sessions Judge, presiding over Court Room No.12 in Court of Sessions for Greater Bombay, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Goregon, Mumbai to dispose the N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

9-wp-4912-2015 applications mentioned herein below as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one month from the date of receipt of this order :- (a) Application dated 17/12/2014 under section 207 and 173(8) of Cr.P.C., 1973; a copy of which is annexed at "Exh-3".

(b) Application dated 26/04/2015 under section 91 of Cr.P.C., 1973, a copy of which is annexed at "Exh-4". (c) Application dated 03/09/2015 for expediting trial of Sessions Case No.101 of 2014, a copy of which is annexed at "Exh-6".

Ordered accordingly.
