Heard respective counsel. Perused the FIR and statement at Exhibit "A". The complainant has now settled the matter with the applicant and pointed out that the present application for settlement has been filed along with affidavit of complainant accepting the settlement. 2.
Complainant is present in the Court and states that she is post graduate and does not wish to prosecute the matter. 3.
The statement reveals that the parties consented to relations with each other and nothing fruitful will come out of prosecution. 4.
However, in this situation for loss of public time and money we direct the petitioner and respondent No.2 together to pay to respondent No.1 amount of Rs.1 lakh. If said amount is paid within one month, RCC
