The prayer clause (b) of the Petition reads as follows: (b) That by an appropriate writ, order or direction, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to decide the Applications dated 09-01-2018, 09-01-2018 and 19-03-2018 filed by the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of two months;

In the facts and circumstances of the case, we allow the Petition in terms of prayer clause (b).

The Petition to stand disposed of. It is needless to say that the Applications shall be decided by the Respondent No.1 on its own merits and in accordance with law.
