This is a petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Mr Rohaan Cama was appointed as an arbitrator on 15th June 2018. He entered upon the reference to his arbitration on 15th June 2018 itself. Several meetings were held until October 2019. The record before the arbitrator is quite voluminous. The matter is at the stage of final hearing. The arbitrator will then need some time to make and publish his award. 2.

Time is extended till 3rd July 2020.

The petition is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs.
