1. This petition arises out of interim order of maintenance passed in Petition No.E-230 of 2010. Mr. Chowdhary, the learned advocate for the respondents produces judgment and order dated 16th March, 2015 by which the Family Court at Bandra has disposed of the main proceedings. In view of disposal of the main petition, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed.
