After this petition was heard for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the contentions at the final adjudication of the marriage petition No.1261 of 2016.

The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned trial Judge with a request to expedite the hearing of the marriage petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, learned trial Judge may endeavour to dispose of the main petition as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 31 December 2018.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner assures that on behalf of the petitioner all co-operation shall be extended in the final adjudication and no unwarranted adjournment would be sought. 4.
