Consent terms dated 11th April, 2023 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification with today's date. In view of the consent terms no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Petition.

In view of the terms and conditions of the Consent terms, we are not inclined to take any action in the Contempt Petition. Contempt Petition is therefore disposed of.

Parties agree that the Writ Petition can be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms dated 11th April, 2023 which are taken on record in the Contempt Petition. Writ Petition is therefore disposed of in view of the terms and conditions of the consent terms filed in the Contempt Petition.
