Mr. Lagu, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn our attention to an order dated 16 March, 2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 6483 of 2021. Both the learned counsel for the parties submit that the present petition can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 16 March, 2023. The only difference in this petition is the date of notice. 3.
