By this civil application, applicant-Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 63 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 10.10.2012 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Mumbai in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.2042 of 2005. Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application.
