Rule. Rule returnable forthwith with the consent of the parties. The applicant herein submits that the marriage between the parties were solemnized on 12th July 2006. The discordant note had struck between the couple. The applicant had filed an application under section 9 before the Family Court at Pune which is registered as PA No.925 of 2018 on 5th July 2018 and on 14th November 2018 the respondent herein filed a petition under section 13(1) (i-a)(i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 bearing Registration No.3264 of 2018 in the Family Court at Bandra. There are other petitions pending before the Family Court at Pune.

2 mca-373.19- 5.odt The learned counsel for the respondent has been fair enough to concede to the prayer of the applicant and they have agreed that all the petitions between both the parties shall be clubbed together and be decided at Pune. Applicant had also prayed for clubbing of the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act before the Family Court at Pune. In view of this, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). Rule is made absolute accordingly. (SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.)
