By this civil application, the applicant seeks restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has now engaged the new advocate and would pursue the matter and would not seek any unnecessary adjournment before this Court. The statement is accepted.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection if this writ petition is restored.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the order dated 18th November, 2015 is recalled. Writ Petition No.10177 of 1/2

6-caw34-16 2015 is restored to file.

Place this writ petition along with other connected writ petitions i.e. Writ Petition Nos.10178 of 2013, 10787 of 2013 and 10791 of 2013 on board on 25th April, 2015.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
