Learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company submits that the entire decretal amount has been deposited before the M.A.C.T., Solapur in Claim Application No. 21 of 2014. He requested to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the M.A.C.T., Solapur in Claim Application No. 21 of 2014.

In view of submission in regard to deposit of entire decretal amount before the M.A.C.T., Solapur in Claim Application No. 21 of 2014, there is no impediment to grant stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by M.A.C.T., Solapur in Claim Application No.21 of 2014. There shall be stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by M.A.C.T., Solapur in Claim Application No.21 of 2014.
