The Petitioners who are working with Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 - Institution have filed this petition seeking a prayer that the approval be granted in respect of the Petitioners' transfer / placement from unaided to aided division of the school. The proposal submitted by the Respondent - Management was returned by the Education Authorities by an order dated 29 May 2019. The learned Counsel for the Respondent - Management states that in the

agk 2 8-aswp1787-2020.doc impugned order certain shortfalls and non-compliances have been stated and the Respondent - Management is ready and willing to remove the shortfalls and non-compliances and would write to the Education Authorities accordingly within a period of three weeks. This statement is accepted.

After this communication so addressed by the Respondent - Management, the Education Authorities will take a decision thereupon within a period of four weeks as per law and communicate the same to the Respondent - Management as well as the Petitioners. 4.
