P.C. :- Mr. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, having taken instructions of Chairman of the Petitioner/Institution seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to make a fresh application under Maharashtra Self-Finance School (Establishment & Regulation) Act, 2012 for permission to open 5th and 7th standard. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.
