Heard. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently they filed the Review Petition in the Second Appeal instead of Civil Application No.1195/2014. He seeks permission to withdraw the Review Petition and file afresh for the same cause of action in respect of order dated 20.09.2015 in Civil Application No.1195/2014. To that effect, he made an endorsement on a farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
