This is an Application for stay.

This Application is moved by the Applicant - Insurance Company praying for stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Additional Member of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune in M. A. C. P. No. 175 of 2013 dated 01.04.2016. 3.

Today, this Court has admitted the Appeal filed on behalf of the Insurance Company and allowed the Application for withdrawal of

In that view of the matter, there shall be ad-interim stay to the execution of the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Additional Member of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune dated 01.04.2016 in M. A. C. P. No. 175 of 2013 during the pendency of this Application. The Application is allowed.
