The applicant/original petitioner seeks restoration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 34721 of 2017. It appears that because of conditional order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) on 17th September 2018, the petition has been dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

Counsel for applicant submits that if petition is restored, within one week, all objections will be removed. In this situation, accepting the statement, we restore writ petition (stamp) No. 34721 of 2017 back to file on condition that all objections therein shall be removed within one week. If the objections are not accordingly removed, petition to stand dismissed automatically again with cost of Rs. 5,000/-, payable to High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai.
