As the petitioner has filed a substantive Revision Application before the Hon'ble Minister / State Government against the order dated 13 October, 2020 as impugned in the present proceedings, this petition need not be entertained.

The petitioner is at liberty to pursue such revision application as also any interim application for stay in such revision application. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. It is informed that as the Legislative Assembly Session at Nagpur stands concluded, now the Hon'ble Minister is available in Mumbai. The petitioner is at liberty to move the Hon'ble Minister within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the contesting respondent no.3 states that till the revision application as filed by the petitioner before ------------------------- 12 January, 2023

49-wp 15706-22.odt the Hon'ble Minister is heard, his clients shall seek an adjournment before the Tahsildar who is seized of the proceedings to implement the impugned order dated 13 October, 2020. The statement as made by Mr. Shah is accepted.

The Hon'ble Minister is requested to decide the revision application as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from today.

Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.

The learned AGP to communicate this order to the office of the Revisional Authority.
