Office note shows that Civil Application stands dismissed against respondent no.5, Shahabai Laxman Mane vide order dated 13.4.2015 passed in Civil Application No.1195 of 2014.
This application is for condonation of 47 days delay in filing the Review Petition.

4 cao82-16 Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:
a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
"(a) The delay of 47 days in filing the present Review Petition may be condoned."
b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
c) Office is directed to make noting in Review Petition that same stands dismissed against respondent no.5 as Civil Application for delay stands dismissed against him.
d) Office is directed to place the Review Petition on board for admission on 2.9.2016.
