Petitioner in Navsari jail (Gujarat) has on 14.11.2019 sent a letter for issuing production warrant in other matters. It appears that on 17.05.2016, he was in Kalyan Jail and thereafter, he has been transferred to Navsari. 2.

Learned APP has produced a chart which is taken on record as Exhibit-"A". It shows 11 diferent ofences registered against him at various police stations in Maharashtra and also in Gujarat.

It is apparent that as and when Courts in Maharashtra or police in Maharashtra require his custody, Sneha Chavan 1/2

We, therefore, reject the petition.
