1. Mr. Naik, the learned Senior Counsel, on behalf of the petitioner states, on instructions, that the petitioners will file an appeal since it is well within time. Statement is accepted.

2. In view of this, Mr. Naik seeks leave to withdraw this petition to pursue the appeal. In view of the fact that the appeal will be filed within a period of two weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken pursuant to impugned order for a period of four weeks.
