This interim application is filed to bring on record the proposed legal heirs of deceased Applicant. There is some delay in filing this Application.

I have gone through the contents of the interim application and In view of law laid down in the Division Bench of this Court in Keshao s/o Kawadu Maral and another Versus State of Maharashtra and others, reported in 2005 (1) MahLj 1059, the present Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) (b) (c) and (d).

Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. INTERIM APPLICATION NO.115 OF 2023 1.

This Interim Application is filed to bring on record the proposed legal heirs of deceased sole Respondent. 2.

There is some delay in filing this application. The counsel for the proposed legal heirs of deceased respondent states that he has no objection if this Interim Application is allowed. 3.

I have gone through the contents of the application and I am satisfied that the appellant has made out a case to condone the delay. Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) (c) and (d).
