The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 as also Respondent Nos.1 and 2 who are present inperson submit that since the original file pertaining to the Aswale 1/2
3.cp.75.17.doc Petitioner's caste claim is misplaced, and therefore, the matter could not be decided within the time as directed by this Court vide order dated 5th May, 2016 passed in Writ Petition No.4148 of 2014.
The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he shall co-operate for reconstruction of the file and submit all the relevant papers as are available with the Petitioner for reconstruction of the file. The learned counsel for Respondent No.4 as also Respondent Nos.1 and 2 who are present submit that in case the papers are made available by the Petitioner, they shall also try to trace out remaining papers and shall make all endeavour to decide the Petitioner's caste claim as expeditiously as possible but not later than two months from the date of receipt of the Petitioner's papers. Recording the statement as aforesaid, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
