Heard learned counsel for their parties.

The contempt petition was heard on earlier dates as well. Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 states that as per the order dated 19 July 2022 passed in Writ Petition No. 3620 of 2021 of which contempt is alleged, Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 have completed their obligations. Learned counsel for the Petitioner accepts the position and states that now the other Respondents, namely, the University and the Joint Director of Higher Education will have to take necessary steps in the light of the communication issued by Respondent Nos. 4 & 5. The order passed in Writ Petition

Husen 2 2 CP-789-2022.doc No. 3620 of 2021 granted six weeks time to the Respondents. 3.

Considering the position that steps have been taken by Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 and necessary steps by other Respondents will have to be taken, we are not inclined to proceed further in contempt jurisdiction. If Respondent Nos. 4 & 5 Management have not sent the proposal, the same shall be done within a period of two weeks. Thereafter the University and the Joint Director of Higher Education would take remedial steps within six weeks. 4.

Needless to mention that the substantive rights of the Respondent - Management as against the State Government and University are kept open.

The contempt petition is disposed of.
