Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the Applicant seeks his enlargement on bail in connection with C.R.No.90 of 2011 registered with the Goregaon Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302, 385, 386, 387 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned APP states on instructions that the trial of the applicant has commenced and that till date about 7 witnesses have been examined in the said case i.e. Sessions Case No.134 of 2011. 4.

As the trial has commenced, no interference is warranted. The trial court shall endeavour to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant requests that a copy of the letter dated 17th November, 2011, sent to this Court, be forwarded to the concerned Sessions Judge who is seized of the said case. 6.

Accordingly, a copy of the letter dated 17th November, 2011, sent to this Court by the applicant be forwarded to the Sessions Judge, who is seized of the applicant's case, being Sessions Case No.134 of 2011 along with a copy of the said order. Registry shall send the same by fax. 7.

A copy of the said order also be forwarded to the applicant, who is lodged in Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai. 8.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
