The learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner ceased to be a member of the Grampanchayat, the petitioner would file appropriate proceedings for seeking the establishment of primary health center in the village. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in this background. Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The points raised in the petition are however, kept open.
