Having heard learned counsel and learned AGP appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to direct respondent No.3 - Social Welfare Officer-Group-A, Zilla Parishad, Solapur, to decide the proposal of respondent No.4 dated 9th September, 2004, for approval of the posts, a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit B" as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and respondent No.3-Social Welfare Officer-Group-A, Zilla Parishad, Solapur shall decide the said proposal independently on its own merits.
