Challenging the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division dated 8th September, 2017, the petitioner has filed revision before the State Government which is pending. In the said revision, the petitioner has also filed an application for stay. 4.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application is pending and in the meantime the Revenue Authorities are proceeding to implement the order of the Additional Divisional

hvn Commissioner, Pune, in the absence of there being any interim order in favour of the petitioner.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this petition by directing the parties to appear before the Revisional Authority on 8th December, 2017 at 3.00 pm. The learned AGP submits that the Revisional Authority will decide the petitioner's application for stay within three weeks from the date of appearance of the parties before it. We record the said statement.

Till the petitioner's application for stay is decided, the status quo as it exists today in respect of the subject properties shall be maintained by the parties. Needless to say that we have not expressed any view on the merits of the matter. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
