1] The grievance in the Writ Petition is to the learned DRAT not deciding Misc. Appeal No.100 of 2017 expeditiously. 2] The Writ Petition was filed on 02.112018 challenging the order dated 12.09.2017 passed by DRAT adjourning the Appeal for 08.11.2017.

3] Learned counsel for the Petitioner Bank has no instructions as to what has happened in the meanwhile. She does not even no whether the Appeal is pending or has been disposed of. 4] Be that as it may, we dispose of the Writ Petition requesting learned DRAT to decide the Misc. Appeal No.100 of 2017 Balaji G.

Panchal preferably within six months from today.
