Learned counsel for the applicant, on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is in custody from 7th August, 2019. In the event, trial is not concluded within short span of time, the applicant be released on bail.

The applicant is in custody from 7th August, 2019, hence the application is allowed to be withdrawn. In the event, trial is not concluded within a period of six months from today, the applicant will be at liberty to prefer an application for bail. 3.
