1) At the outset, learned APP on instructions from Assistant SubInspector, attached to Nagothane Police Station, District Raigad, submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, the Police have submitted chargesheet in the Court of J.M.F.C. Roha, District Raigad on 24th November 2017 and the same has been numbered as R.C. No.63 of 2017. 2) In view thereof, Petitioner is having the alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court.

3) By reserving the alternate remedy in favour of Petitioner, Petition is disposed off.
