This Application is filed for condonation of delay. A notice was issued on 12th January, 2024, however, till today, report of service is not received.

This Application is filed seeking condonation of delay. Delay is of 82 days. It is stated that since the Applicant is in jail, he could not immediately make arrangement to file an Appeal in this Court. It is further submitted that the Applicant could not get legal advise in time. Delay is not deliberate.
