Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Saurabh Dilip Butala is present with petitioner and informs that on 11th April 2018, wife has already filed an affidavit giving no objection. SQ Pathan 1/2
wp.5005.17.5.doc There is no appearance for respondent No. 2. This Court has, on 12th July 2018, already observed that mater would proceed further even in absence of respondent No. 2. Matter thereafter has been adjourned twice by this Court.
We have perused that affidavit. Marriage between petitioner and respondent No. 2 is already dissolved by decree of divorce.
In this situation, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
