This disposed of petition is placed for orders as to speaking to minutes of order in terms of sub-rule 2 of Rule 3 of Chapter-XXX of Bombay High Court (Appellate Side) Rules. There is a typographical error in clause (viii) of paragraph 5 of order dated 24th February 2016. Instead of word "Appeal", the reference ought to have been to the words "writ petition". Accordingly, the word "Appeal" is replaced by words "Writ Petition". Correction shall be carried out to the original order as well as to the order uploaded on server.
