After the matter was heard for some time, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition to enable the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings to establish his right, title and interest in respect of the property which is subject matter of the impugned order passed under Section 11(5) of the Maharashtra Ownership of Flats (Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Management & Transfer) Act. The petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn. Dismissed as withdrawn.
