2] Mr. Patil learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 4 and 5 points out that the limited relief applied for in this Petition was for a stay of order dated 2nd February 2016, pending disposal of Appeal No. 278 of 2016 before the State Government.

3] Mr. Patil points out that after the institution of this Petition, such stay has in fact been granted by the State Government on 5 th January 2017. He points out that in similar circumstances, yet another Writ Petition No. 1095 of 2017 was disposed off by this Court. He placed the order dated 4th July 2017 by which Writ 1/2
