Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that similar issue arose in Writ Petition No. 1747 of 2013, which is disposed of by an order dated 4th April, 2014 passed by this Court. The present Petition is also governed by the said order passed in Writ Petition No. 1747 of 2013. On the same terms the present Petition is also disposed of as is order passed in Writ Petition No. 1747 of 2013. 2.
