Heard Ms. Preeti Gada, learned counsel for the applicant.

Ms Gada submitted that the applicant-wife is present in the Court. She has tendered photocopy of Identity Card issued by Election Commission of India of Mrs Pooja @ Preeti Pramod Trive. Maiden name of the applicant is Priti Suresh Jhavre. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Ms Gada has tendered photocopy of the Consent Terms of 23.2.2015 entered into by and

2/2 MCA/ 37/2014 between the applicant and the respondent and his relative. The same is taken on record and marked "Y" for identification.

Ms Gada submitted that the applicant and the respondent are agreeable to a decree of divorce by mutual consent. The applicant has agreed and undertaken that before passing a decree of divorce by Family Court, Bandra in mutual consent application, she will withdraw the above Misc. Application.

The applicant, who appears in person, confirms that she has entered into compromise with the respondent and has also entered into Consent Terms. She also confirms that she desires to withdraw this application.

In view of the motion made by the applicant, Application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
