I am inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as Petitioner's Revision is pending with Respondent No. 5 along with stay Application and as no hearing took place on the stay Application, Petitioner moved this Petition for interim protection. 2.
On 29.01.2015 in view of the above, this Court has passed an order directing parties to maintain status quo with regard to issue of membership. Learned AGP appeared for Respondents No. 1 and 5 make statement that the Revision along with the Application will be heard within three months. In view of this statement, the present Petition is disposed of. However, the order of status quo so spk.
910-272-15-WP.doc 27.02.2015 2/2 granted on 29.01.2015 is continued till the hearing on the stay Application filed by the Petitioner and two weeks thereafter, if adverse order is passed against the Petitioner from the date of communication of adverse order. However, the Hon'ble revisional authority, to decide the stay application or the matter, uninfluential by this order on its own merit. Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
