P.C. :- The writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 1st November, 2014 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Sangli, by which order the application Exhibit 33 for appointment of the Court Commissioner at the appellate stage came to be rejected.

2] Having regard to the reasons mentioned in paragraph 7 and 8 of the impugned order, no case for interference in the writ jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
