By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.3-Deputy Director of Education to decide the proposal of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Shikshan Sevak within a reasonable time.

Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondent no.3 to decide Shivgan 1/2
